Returns and Refund Policy

Because EQuiCIBUS bedding products are agricultural and stable-use materials, our return policy is limited.

Return Eligibility

Returns may be accepted if:

• the product is unused

• the product is in its original packaging

• the return request is made within 14 days of delivery

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• opened bedding products

• used products

• products exposed to stable environments

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

• order number

• description of the issue

• photos if applicable

We will review the issue and arrange replacement or refund if appropriate.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the error was caused by EQuiCIBUS LLC.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after returned goods are inspected and approved.
